We pay special attention to:
- Having the right spare parts in stock. We know which parts or systems are likely to fail and how often that could happen, and therefore which items need to be kept in stock. Even a small, inexpensive part can keep a locomotive in the workshop for several days;
- Maintaining a wide network of partners and suppliers to provide either new or overhauled parts or systems. No maintenance provider can keep every possible spare part in stock. The railway world is a small one, and partners help each other;
- Ensuring that we have a highly responsive logistics network, so that spare parts can be delivered as soon as possible to the maintenance workshop.
